[摘要]目的:观察中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病的临床疗效。方法:对30例慢性淋病患者使用中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂内服及外用治疗,每日1剂,常规煎煮,早晚分服,连服1个月,其药渣再煎,取煎液加白矾12g,熏洗局部或坐浴20min。观察分泌物细菌培养情况,用PCR证实,以及与对照组比较治疗前后的变化及临床疗效。结果:试验组症状较治疗前明显减轻,病程明显缩短。结论:中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病有效,患者依从性好,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatetheclinicaloutcomeofAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSouponthechronicgonorrhea.Methods:50caseswereselected.30wererandomizedintothetreatmentgroupwhichacceptedtheAlleviatesheat-producinganddisintoxicatingSoup1dosedailydividedintomorningportionandeveningportionwhiletheresidualswerere-boiledadding12gramalumforahipbathcontinuouslyonemonth;and20caseswereinthecontrolgroupwhichacceptedtheroutineantibioticstreatment.ExcretionsofallcasesweretestedbymicrobiologicalcultureandconfirmedbyPCR.Theclinicaloutcomeswereobserved.Results:Muchreliefwasachievedandshortendiseasedurationwasgotinmostcasesoftheexperimentgroup.Intheexperimentalgroup,25of30casesfullyrecovered,5of30wereineffective.Thetotalcureratewas83.3%,whichwasmuchhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P
